Classic Plus System
Analog Control System
This system is built for the purist who demands a direct, mechanical connection to their suspension. We’ve stripped away the digital clutter: no screens, no sensors, no calibration cycles, and no proprietary brain boxes to fail. You aren’t fighting an operating system to get your car to sit right; you are in command of your height using nothing but your fingers. It’s reliable, predictable, and puts the control back where it belongs—in your hands.
Manual Operation
The paddle valves are mounted in your dash-mounted gauge panel. To raise the vehicle, you lift the lever up; to lay the car down, you hold the lever down. As you drop the car, you will hear a mechanical hiss as the air passes back through the paddle valves. You gauge your pressure and ride height visually by watching the needles on the gauge panel as you adjust. It’s simple, reliable, and puts you in complete control.
Classic Plus vs. Elite
The Classic Plus routes your 1/4″ airlines from the airbags directly to the dash-mounted gauge panel. This setup requires running extra airline lengths from the bags to the dash and uses numerous fittings to connect everything behind the gauge panel. Because of this routing, you will hear a distinct hiss of air releasing from the dash whenever you drop the vehicle. If you prefer a silent cabin and want to avoid running additional airlines to your dash, we recommend our Elite Kit. The Elite system directly runs the airlines from the bags to the manifolds mounted in your trunk, keeping all air movement and noise completely out of the cabin.
Engineered for the 1958-1964 X-Frame
This is our most popular platform, perfected over a decade of installs. We’ve designed these brackets to be the most “builder-friendly” setup on the market. Whether you’re running a stock engine or a 454 big block with a cast-iron transmission, our 2500-series airbags provide nearly 8″ of usable stroke, giving you the perfect balance of a slammed show stance and a dynamic, comfortable ride.
Key Kit Highlights:
• Bolt-On Simplicity: Front and rear brackets are designed to utilize factory holes. No heavy fabrication required for the standard installation.
• Powder-Coated Durability: All brackets come finished to resist corrosion for the life of the vehicle.
• Hardware Included: We include every nut, bolt, and washer—including the 7/16″ all-thread—so you aren’t running to the hardware store mid-build.
• Tubular Arm Support: Already running aftermarket tubular arms? Let us know, and we’ll swap in our custom drop-in brackets at no extra cost.
Front Shock Relocation Included:
Cruising performance is all about the dampening. This kit includes our custom shock towers and shock absorbers. We’ve designed this system to get your shocks out of the way of the bags, ensuring your classic cruiser feels like a modern vehicle.
Why We Don’t Over-Sell Rear Shocks:
We save you money by keeping your factory rear shock geometry. Your original factory-style gas shocks are the perfect dampener for our high-stroke airbags. Don’t waste $300 on “heavy-duty” performance shocks—they actually make the ride stiffer and kill the benefit of the airbag’s movement. Save that money for your build.
• Exclusive 6+ Gallon Tank:
While standard kits rely on 3 or 5-gallon reservoirs, we include our custom-engineered 6+ gallon tank. This extra volume gives you the reserve capacity you need to ensure air is always readily available when you’re dialing in your stance. It is precision-sized to mount in the trunk behind the rear seat, keeping your install as clean as possible.
