The Precision Cut
Always use the included tube cutter when prepping your lines. Never use scissors, snips, or side-cutters, as these tools will crush and deform the nylon, making it impossible to get a 100% airtight seal. A perfectly square, burr-free end is the secret to a professional, leak-free system.

Positive-Lock Seating
Before inserting the line into your fittings, check for any sharp edges on the cut. Firmly push the air line into the fitting until you feel it seat completely past the internal O-ring and into the “grab ring.” Because most DOT fittings do not tolerate repeated insertion and removal, we recommend the “Measure Twice, Cut Once” rule for a permanent, maintenance-free connection.

Heat & Friction Protection
Always protect your air lines with rubber grommets when passing through any metal openings or frame rails to prevent friction damage. To ensure long-term safety, never route your nylon tubing near exhaust manifolds, tailpipes, or compressor leader hoses, as excessive heat will compromise the line’s integrity.
